In February we posted about our support of S5/6 pupils in Govan High School as part of the Brookfield Construction Independent Learning Programme.
On Friday 20th April, following a lot of hard work and effort, the students were given their opportunity to present their work in front of an audience at the Burrell Collection lecture theatre, Glasgow. They did a magnificent job!
The judging panel was made up of representatives from the University of Strathclyde, the Chartered Industry of Building, UCATT, Hoskins Architects and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
All of the school teams worked hard and presented well on the day.
Amalgamate would like to congratulate all the students who took part and in particular the winning team from Bellahouston Academy. We have certainly enjoyed being a part of this event and wish all of the students the very best for their future careers!
